Item Decentralization and Efficient Service Delivery in Local Governments(2011) Ngabirano, Maximiano; Omaada, Esibo; Asiimwe, ElizabethThis collective volume on decentralization and service delivery in local governments, notably in Uganda, is the outcome of a conference organized in Kampala in 2009 by Uganda Martyrs University and University of Groningen.
