The study set out to establish the relationship between Disability and Sexual Abuse of Women in Uganda: A Case of Rubaga Division. The specific objectives of the study were to establish the extent of sexual abuse among women with disabilities in Rubaga Division; to establish the relationship between disability and sexual abuse of women with disabilities in Rubaga Division; and to identify the challenges faced by women with disabilities in attempting to protect themselves against sexual abuse. The study adopted a descriptive case study design both quantitative and qualitative in approach to study a sample of sixty two women with disabilities. These were selected using purposive sampling techniques depending on the various categories of respondents in the study area. Researcher administered questionnaires, interviews, and secondary data sources were the major methods of data collection. Data were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) to derive the required descriptive statistics while the relationship between the variables was computed and tested using Pearson‟s correlation coefficient. Study findings revealed that there are high levels of sexual abuse of women with disabilities. The findings also revealed a high and positive correlation between disability and sexual abuse of women with disabilities in Rubaga Division. It was concluded that the high level of sexual abuse of women with disabilities in Rubaga Division is due to disability. It was recommended that authorities should track perpetrators of sexual abuse and be deterrently punished. Key Words: Relationship, Disability, Sexual Abuse, Women, Kampala Districten_US
